Relocation Consultant (Foreigners only)

Overview

Santa Fe (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a **Relocation Consultant** to assist clients with relocation services. This role requires assessing relocation needs, providing expert guidance, managing the moving process, and ensuring seamless client experiences. The consultant will be responsible for sales, operational coordination, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, moving services, logistics, or relocation.
• Native English speakers preferred or strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and handle challenges effectively.
• Attention to detail and numeracy skills for managing pricing, quotations, and contract details.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within city limits for client visits and on-site assessments.
