Manager, Fintech Data & Automation - Oracle Technical

Overview

As a Manager - Fintech Data and Automation (FDA), you will be a key member of our team, using your 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage Oracle connectivity and reports that drive our Finance functions. You’ll take on the role of Technical Owner for Oracle, working closely with Finance Users, IT, Product, Risk and Compliance, Auditors, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical development.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion technical architecture, including APIs, custom tables, and interfaces.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, and XML.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI for report development.
• Strong problem-solving skills for Oracle Fusion technical troubleshooting.
• Database management experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, and business teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
